The cherry blossoms in Inuyama Castle(犬山城) in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture are fully in bloom now.
This castle was built in 1537 and has been designated a national treasure.
The generations of the Naruse family members served as the lords of the castle during 1617 and the early Meiji Period. In 1895, the castle was transferred to a member of the Naruse family. Although its ownership was transferred to a foundation in 2004, the director general of the foundation is a member of the Naruse family.
